With great excitement I would like to introduce my self, Peter Klosowski of the PKYV Team at Sutton Group Incentive Realty. As a resident of Barrie for over 15 years and Georgian college alumni, I have seen Barrie grow and thrive from a small town to a progressive city. During that time I gained extensive experience in home renovations and income property acquisition. These personal experiences combined with the fullfillment in helping others acheive their goals, led to an interest in real estate on a professional level.

For the past 3 years I have been assisting my wife as she helps Barrie and area families find homes. Now with the expansion of our real estate business I can add more experience, service, and value to our past, present and future clients. On a personal note, when I'm not working real estate, you will find me playing with my son of four months, Quinton, and spending time with my wife Yvonne...the YV of the PKYV Team!
